Flagship clinic located in Bucharest was founded in 2018 by renowned IVF specialists, Dr. Andreea Carp-Veliscu, Dr. Ionela Anghelescu, and Dr. Tarig Massawi. 

Since Integral investment, Embryos completed two strategic add-on acquisitions of IVF clinics in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Oradea (Romania), while also developing greenfield outpatient clinics in other Romanian cities, solidifying thus its position as a leading SEE IVF operator. The group will continue to pursue both local and regional expansion, leveraging its medical expertise to strengthen and scale the platform’s footprint.
